Madylin Hutchinson. We took care of her all day while her mother worked. Her mother was desperate for someone to take her. We later found out we were not supposed to tend children.
Mady loves Ned. She was only about 6 weeks old when we arrived here.
She was very good for us and so easy to tend.

We went to visit Shonda Fuller & her girls. They were playing with their new toy: a "selfie stick." They wanted us to try it out. Not bad! We may have to get one since our arms are so short.

Pray Meh's 8th birthday party. She is a bright child and always smiling. I love her Burmese dress. Her grandmother, Pray Meh, is in the back.

CHARLES JACKSON'S FUNERAL
September 12, 2015
He was buried at a family cemetery. Ned is on the right. The woman in the purple dress discovered she was standing on some ants. I felt bad for her. I have been bitten by them several times and it isn't fun.
Ned speaking to a great nephew of Bro. Jackson's. He told Ned that the land for the cemetery was donated by his great grandfather years ago. It is in the middle of the woods and isn't maintained at all.
There was a narrow dirt road leading back into the cemetery. Each car had to back up a ways to turn around and drive out.
